Seeing red (and orange and yellow).

This year at Chicago’s annual Institute of Food Technologists conference, we partnered with PLT Health to showcase how Tomat-O-Red™ and Lyc-O-Beta™ give brilliant red, orange, and yellow hues to gummies, beverages, fruit preparations, and much more. Our proprietary, carotenoid-based colorants are vegetarian-friendly, pH stable, and an excellent alternative to less desirable solutions (like carmine and artificial creations).
