When we started planning our 20th anniversary party, we knew we wanted to do something unforgettable. We also knew the tomato, our hero fruit for the last two decades, needed to be involved. So on October 13, we chopped more than 800 lbs. of fresh, locally grown tomatoes to make and share the world’s most diverse (and nutritious) tomato salad with the people of Times Square.
