Shown in comparison to our taste enhancer, CTC, the taste characteristics of SANTE include initial fruit peach-like ester notes, followed by cooked tomato, stock and maillard-like umami flavors which take longer to come through to create rounded end notes.

Put to the test.

When used in pizza sauce and crust, SANTE was able to reduce sodium by 30% in each application, for a cleaner label and better for you pizza option.

Our team evaluated SANTE in plant-based Italian style meatballs where we were able to create a 40% reduction in salt and cheese.
